Since 9 out of 10 home shoppers begin their search on the Web, according to the National Association of Realtors, it is troubling that some sellers don’t make much of an effort to make their homes presentable and visually appealing. Listing pictures are the main mode of marketing a property. If the pictures are poor quality, or don’t show every room of the home, as well as front and back views of the home, most buyers will not choose to view the listing any longer; instead, continue their search. .

The majority of real estate agents are trained in the business of representing buyers and sellers, not professional photographers.  As a result, it’s not surprising that the results are often poorly framed, poorly lighted, grainy, dark and washed out.

Additionally, now as a REALTOR , a member of HAR with SUPRA access, and a commitment to the NAR code of ethics, we provide  the opportunity for easier access to do photography when the listing agent is not available.

Having completed more than 500 houses, ranches and commercial property since 2007, I can easily provide references about the quality of work.
